We offer Interior Design and Decór for Residential Spaces that include private homes, condos and apartments. We create comfortable and relaxing living spaces founded on family principles and homeowner tastes and preferences.
Commercial Design
We Plan, Design and Decorate Business and Commercial Spaces that include but are not limited to office spaces, hotels, restaurants, malls, schools, banks, industrial spaces, hospitals and exhibitions halls. We appreciate the uniqueness of each Commercial Space and conceptualise a design philosophy that is best suited for that space.
OUR PROCESS
Meet
We undertake a one on one engagement with the Client to identify the needs and expectations. This stage is critical in the development of the unique design philosophy of the space. Upon signing of the Contract, requisite space measurements are taken to inform the next phase.
Concept
In this Phase, the design needs identified in Phase I are conceptualised and Color Scheme, Furniture Layout and Lighting Plan visually presented to the Client in the form of Sketches and Mood Boards.
Design
Upon concept approval by the Client, the detailed design is developed and presented in the form of 3D Renders, Elevations, Plans and Walkthrough Video. The Cost Estimates and Project Timelines are also provided at this Phase.
Implementation
Once the Client has approved the Designs, Budget Requirements and Timelines, the Implementation Phase commences with procurement of inputs and installation. The Client is provided with a Defects Liability of up to Three Months for fixtures.
